In order to better serve our customers, Tech Care X-Ray has instituted a new ticket system to help track requests and issues. The new "Support" tab will take you to our new page. There, you can put in a request for access or report any issues. This will give you a ticket number that you can track for a resoution. It does require an email address to self-submit. If you don't have an email address, please call the main office and we will set up a ticket for you.
