New Support System

In order to better serve our customers, Tech Care X-Ray has instituted a new ticket system to help track requests and issues. The new "Support" tab will take you to our new page. There, you can put in a request for access or report any issues. This will give you a ticket number that you can track for a resoution. It does require an email address to self-submit. If you don't have an email address, please call the main office and we will set up a ticket for you.

Weather Closures on 1/29/14

Due to inclement weather in Georgia, Tennessee, New York and northern Florida, there is the possibility of either facility closures or our techs being unable to make it to their site(s). If your facility is going be closed, please call the office or contact your tech if they haven't already checked with you. Drive safely, everyone, and stay warm.

DID YOU KNOW TECH CARE X-RAY ALSO DOES ULTRASOUNDS?

Our Sonographers use SonoSite MicroMaxx machines for ultimate mobile digital imaging.  The light weight design of our machines gives the sonographer the ability to perform ultrasound examinations anywhere the need arises.  Although the machine is lightweight and compact the images rival those of stationary machines.
